Bobby Fraser is the operational foundation on which Fraser & Co. was built. As Co-Founder and Director of Operations, his work takes place largely behind the scenes — defining roles, refining processes, and ensuring that every system within the business functions with the clarity and consistency that clients experience on the front end. While Michelle leads the vision, Bobby ensures the structure behind it never falters.
In his view, Fraser & Co. came to life organically — not by design alone, but out of a genuine need to elevate what a single agent could deliver. Real estate at a high level isn't a solo effort. It requires specialization, structure, and a shared standard. What began as support around Michelle's growing practice became a deliberately built team, where every role exists for a reason and nothing is left to chance.
Bobby believes great real estate decisions are guided by three things: clarity about your numbers and timing, patience that removes pressure from the process, and perspective that keeps the long view in focus.
